What is UP HACKATHON RIVALS?
UP HACKATHON RIVALS is a premier student-driven technology and innovation platform that organizes competitive hackathons, technical challenges, and tech gatherings to empower students to build real-world software and hardware solutions.
Who is eligible to participate?
Any enrolled student from any recognized college or university can participate. We welcome undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma students from all engineering, science, and design disciplines.
How does team formation work?
After logging in to your dashboard, you can create a team and receive a unique 8-character Team Code. You can share this code with teammates or invite them directly via email. Inter-college teams are permitted for most hackathons unless specified otherwise.
How are projects evaluated?
Projects are evaluated by a panel of judges on 5 distinct dimensions: Innovation, Technical Implementation, Problem Understanding, Real-World Impact, and Presentation Quality.
How do we receive certificates?
All verified participants and winners receive digitally verifiable certificates with unique verification IDs, accessible and downloadable directly from their User Dashboard.
